Delivery Information

We ship our handcrafted Shropshire products to all mainland UK addresses. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information from our trusted courier. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for all orders within a 10-mile radius of [Your Postcode or Town]. If you're eligible, this option will be available at checkout. Once your order is placed, we'll contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. The goods become your responsibility once they have been delivered to you.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order for free from our workshop please contact us for more details. Please select this option at checkout. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for collection, at which point we'll provide instructions on how to book a collection time. The goods become your responsibility once you take possession of them from our premises.

Returns & Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. To do so, you must notify us in writing. The goods must then be returned to us at your own cost within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
